Abstract
The graduate students belonging to the Ecosystem Conservation and Soil Ecology Lab in the School of Environmental and Forest Sciences have prepared this proposal to request funding for field equipment necessary to access the forest canopies, and ruggedized equipment that will complement sampling and education in the field. We are asking for four sets of climbing gear, water and soil sampling kits, and rugged technology that will allow for safe and productive off-grid research.
