Abstract
Students working in the School of Environmental and Forest Sciences (SEFS) wish to obtain a digital droplet Polymerase Chain Reaction (ddPCR) system and supporting equipment. This equipment is the foundation for what will be a shared, multi-disciplinary Molecular Genetics (MolGen) Laboratory for the School, where students will learn to successfully analyze environmental samples in molecular genetics research and incorporate digital PCR into their own research projects.
