Abstract
An important component to the Mechanical Engineering curriculum is the ME499/498 & ME 495 design classes. Every graduate is expected to be involved in the design, analysis, and proof of an engineering system. One of the most popular design projects is the Formula SAE open cockpit race car that involves student. We are hoping to get new computer components so that the future Formula Motorsports teams can continue to successfully design and manufacture their formula one-style vehicles.
