Abstract
This proposal renews and expands STF proposal 2010-072-1. This year our structure database license will expire. We propose to purchase 2 licenses for updated JADE software and the ICDD database, with 5 and 10 year licenses, respectively. These will be installed with each of the student-accessible XRD instruments in MSE and in the MAF, which will increase student accessibility. The software and database are licensed through hardware USB-keys, and will not be eligible for the key server.
