Abstract
This proposal seeks to replace three recently surplussed HP and Epson plotters that had been in operation since 2003 (HP) and 2009 (Epson's). We are looking to replace these units with one Epson SureColor P-8000 and one Epson TrueColor T-7270 plotter.
