Abstract
Sequencher software for DNA sequence assembly and analysis has been hosted by Health Sciences Library servers for almost 20 years. The software is heavily used for research, educational, and clinical uses in the Schools of Arts & Sciences, Medicine, Oceanography, Pharmacy, and Public Health. Making the software available in labs across campus allows students to gain hands-on experience with sequence analysis, contribute to lab research, and apply it to their own independent research projects.
