Abstract
The College of the Environment emphasizes participation in research and instruction at field sites across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Equipment requested in this proposal will provide students with a broad suite of instrumentation to investigate questions in aquatic ecology at various scales in the field and will be an integral part of the educational experience of UW students as part of independent & graduate research, internships/field tech positions, or coursework.
