Abstract
We request funding to replace two computers available to CLCM students in the department lounge. Two current computers were installed in 2010 with STF funding, and have proven valuable, especially to graduate students. We are applying for fast-track consideration (together with STF Application #40) since the desktops are 5yrs+ old, and the age of the software is making it impossible to adequately update the operating systems on both computers, consequently compromising their functionality.
