Access Technology Center Refresh

Through Student Technology Fee, the ATC was able to purchase new monitors, a braille embosser, updated accessibility software, and upgraded workstations. Located in the lower level of Mary Gates Hall and free to all UW students, the Access Technology Center continues to support Huskies by ensuring technology access in whatever capacity they need.

New Computer Lab for School of Art and Art History and Design

A center for creativity and innovation, the School of Art + Art History + Design is filled with students from diverse backgrounds all united by a passion for seeing and reading the visual world. Through research, experimentation, creative thinking, storytelling, and critical dialogue, the program teaches students to develop new and dynamic skills.

Research Computing Club

The Research Computing Club (RCC) at the University of Washington is a student-led organization providing a platform for students interested in high-performance computing and research. They facilitate access to computing resources such as Hyak – UW and provide training to use cloud computing. The Hyak cluster allows users to run large-scale, computationally intensive research projects in fields such as data analysis, machine learning, and scientific simulations.
